Terms of Use, Content License & Anti-Piracy Notice

1. What you're buying

When you purchase Pawthway Starter, Pro, Core, or Founders ("the Course"), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the lessons, templates, written content, audio, video, downloads, community access, and any 1:1 or group coaching included with your tier. You do not own the content. The intellectual property in the Course — including all text, images, templates, contracts, and trade secrets — remains the property of Ariel and Pawthway Academy.

2. Prohibited uses

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Share, resell, gift, lend, or rent your access code (PAW-XXXX-XXXX) or the lesson content to any other person.
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any lesson text, template, video, or audio — in whole or in part — on any platform, blog, course, social media, or PDF.
• Reword, paraphrase, "rewrite," or create derivative works from the lessons or templates to sell or share as your own product, course, or coaching program. This includes AI-assisted rewriting.
• Bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent watermarking, access codes, attestation gating, or any other technical protections.
• Use Pawthway content to train AI/ML models of any kind, public or proprietary.
• Use the content for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of state veterinary practice laws.

3. Personal watermarking

Every paywalled lesson displays your email address as a visible and embedded watermark. If Pawthway content appears elsewhere on the internet, the watermark identifies the account it originated from. Account holders whose content is leaked may have their access permanently revoked without refund and may be liable for damages and attorney's fees as described below.

4. License revocation & damages

Pawthway may revoke any access code with immediate effect (and without refund) if we detect violation of Section 2. In addition, account holders who share, redistribute, or derive content from the Course agree to liquidated damages of $5,000 per infringing copy distributed, plus reasonable attorney's fees and the cost of takedown enforcement. Multiple device sessions on a single access code are tracked and may be reviewed for abuse.

5. Educational content — not veterinary advice

The Course is educational. It is not veterinary advice, certification, licensure, or a replacement for the supervision required by your state's veterinary practice act. Clinical lessons (Modules 1 and 5) require a separate credential attestation. You agree to apply clinical content only within your legal scope of practice. Ariel and Pawthway Academy are not liable for outcomes arising from your application of the content.

6. Refunds

Pawthway Core and Founders include a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Pawthway Starter is non-refundable beyond 14 days. Pawthway Pro is a monthly subscription and cancels at the end of the paid period — no partial-month refunds. Once a 1:1 coaching call has been scheduled, the $197 coaching add-on is non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pawthway Academy is registered. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to resolve any disputes in that jurisdiction.
